Are you interested in yoga teacher training, but not quite sure which one is THE one for you? Come meet some of your teachers for 2020 Elemental Moon YTT. Join Grace Millsap at her Tuesday 7:45pm Slow Flow Beats class at Yoga One with extra special guest, Rodney James assisting! Experience Grace's teaching, and Rodney's method of assisting first hand, and afterwards, we'll pop over to Legion Brewing for some light apps (provided) and to answer any questions. Feel free to drop in to either, or both parts of the event.
