Power Flow Immersion
In a community yoga asana class, Power Flow comes with it’s own set of assumptions, expectations, and sometimes even fears and judgements. Power Flow doesn’t have to be intimidating, survival of the fittest, or a challenge in how many chaturangas we can include. In this 20-hour training we will explore the common class style of Power Flow and ways to make it accessible and fun while acknowledging the roots of Yoga.

You need 12ish modules to complete your hours, and there are 16 topics. There will be 9-12 modules offered each calendar year-ish, with the required topics offered annually. Each topic is 20-30 hours, with separate readings, assignments, and guest teachers.
Continuing Education
We can even give you credit! Grace is Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and is proud to offer these as an option for yoga teachers who are also always a student.
Just for Funsies
What if I’m not a yoga teacher, would this still benefit me?
Absolutely! You can join in on all the fun (practices, lectures, discussions, goodies), and skip the other stuff (practice teachings, readings, and assignments).
