About the event
Wake up and start your day with a creative and gentle flow with NCYB outside at The Mint Museum on Randolph. Grace Millsap will be leading this class and we’ll flow for 60 minutes with class streamed through DropSound noise isolating headphones enabling you to tune into your breath and tune out the distractions. This is an all levels beginner friendly class so grab your mat, your water and your friends and come start your Saturdays outside!
