Summer Solstice - Outdoor Yoga + Sound Bath

After an even longer hibernation than usual, it’s now time to come back together, and reconnect with our inner lights. The summer solstice is the longest day of light in the year, and has been celebrated for centuries around the world. Join Grace & Zen Within for a celebration of light, love, and connection during this luminous time.  Expect 75-minutes of accessible yoga flow, with an extended savasana and sound bath.  Feel free to bring your own blankets or pillows for maximum comfort. No experience in moving your body required, come as you are! Our intention is for you to leave feeling relaxed, full of light, and shining for the world to see!
