Spring has sprung, and yet we are still all cooped up! The rhythm of nature is telling us that life is ready to begin, and current situations mandate a safe distance and much more time inside than usual. With so much information, misinformation, and conflicting opinions, it’s no wonder that all our systems feel overloaded and confused.
Join Grace Millsap (500 ERYT + Ayurveda Wellness Coach) for a 2-hour experiential workshop where she breaks down the basics of Ayurveda (the most ancient of sciences) as a tool to creating a fluid structure that supports stability during uncertainty.
This workshop covers the basics of Ayurveda, the elemental nature of the world surrounding us, stay-at-home tips to keep moving, and tools to get you unstuck and in flow! Participants will feel inspired, and guided to create an easy-to-stick-to game plan that will support them, and their immune systems, over the next few weeks. (We will do some light yoga asana + mediation to help us connect from afar.)
