You + whoever Me = teacher! Let's flow together. Need some restoration? I've got you! Working on that pesky arm balance? Let me see what you've got! Just want to flow, and not worry about the world? Let's go! These sessions can be virtual or in-person. In-person sessions will also be subject to a studio rental fee ($25-$50 depending on the space) - this goes directly to the studio space.
