I had the recent joy of sitting down, virtually of course, with a dear friend that I met during my 2-year long Ayurveda training program.


Andrea is an Ayurvedic wellness counselor, yoga teacher and personal trainer, plus a wife, and mama to an active 4 year old boy. Her energy is so genuine, and we could have talked for hours!
